We are looking for a highly skilled, mid-to-senior Video Editor to edit fast-paced, documentary-style explainer videos like this:

You will take raw voiceover tracks and research briefs to build engaging, visual-rich 5–10 minute videos featuring motion graphics, visual storytelling, and sound design.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-retention, documentary-style videos from scratch based on a voiceover track and script.
- Source, cut, and animate visual assets (historical paintings, cutout graphics, stock footage, map animations, and illustrations).
- Implement custom motion graphics, smooth transitions, text callouts, and kinetic typography.
- Craft immersive sound design (SFX, soundscapes, and background music leveling).
Requirements (Experienced Editors Only)
- Proven Experience: Having experience editing high-quality YouTube explainer videos, visual essays, or documentary-style content. Absolute beginners or editors without a portfolio in this specific style will not be considered.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
