Graphic Designer (Full-Time)
We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing agency team.
This role is ideal for a beginner or intermediate-level designer who wants to gain real agency experience, improve their skills, and work on a variety of client projects.
Working Hours
- Full-Time
- 6-7 Hours Per Day
- Remote Position
Responsibilities
- Design social media posts and carousels
- Create ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Design marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets
- Create branding assets and visual content for clients
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency
- Collaborate with copywriters, media buyers, and account managers
- Make revisions based on client and team feedback
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator
- Good understanding of social media design principles
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing previous work
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous agency experience is a plus
- Experience creating social media content and ad creatives
- Familiarity with branding and marketing design
Compensation Structure
Incubation Period (First 45 Days)
- Salary: PKR 20,000 per month
- Performance, communication, and skill development will be evaluated during this period.
After Successful Completion of Incubation
- Salary: PKR 40,000 per month
- Long-term growth opportunities within the agency
