Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Salary: Starting from PKR 25,000/month + Attractive Commission
We're looking for a confident Business Development Executive to help grow our agency by converting qualified leads into long-term clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and sales calls with potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable services.
- Present proposals and close deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships throughout the sales process.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the fulfillment team for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident on Zoom and phone calls.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals.
