Business Development Executive (Upwork) — Remote | Sargodha Based

About Us:
We are a growing freelance software development team specializing in Flutter mobile apps and full-stack web development (React, Node.js, MongoDB). We have 10+ production apps live on Google Play and are now expanding our client base on Upwork and internationally.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive based in Sargodha to help us win freelance projects on Upwork.

📍 Location: Sargodha, Pakistan (Remote — work from home)
💼 Job Type: Part-time / Full-time | Commission-based
💰 Compensation: 10% commission on every project you bring in (paid when we receive client payment)

What You Will Do:

• Create and optimize our Upwork agency/freelancer profile
• Search and identify relevant job postings (Flutter, React, mobile apps, web development)
• Write tailored, high-quality proposals that win projects
• Handle initial client communication (messages, intro calls)
• Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with our development team and hand off project requirements
• Track leads, proposals sent, and conversion rates
• Report weekly on pipeline and results

What We Are Looking For:

✅ Based in Sargodha, Pakistan
✅ Good English writing and communication skills (written + verbal)
✅ Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelancing platforms (preferred)
✅ Understanding of IT/software services (mobile apps, web development)
✅ Self-motivated — commission-based role requires hustle
✅ Available for overlap with US/UK client time zones (flexible hours)
✅ Honest, reliable, and professional with clients

Nice to Have:
• Previous experience as Upwork bidder / profile manager
• Basic knowledge of Flutter, React, or web/mobile development
• Experience writing winning Upwork proposals
• LinkedIn outreach experience

Commission Structure:

• 10% commission on the total project value for every client/project you bring in
• Commission is paid after we receive payment from the client
• Long-term: recurring clients you bring also qualify for commission on repeat projects (discuss on joining)
• No earning cap — your income depends on how many projects you close

Example:
Client project = $1,000 → Your commission = $100
Client project = $5,000 → Your commission = $500
